Frozen cinnamon rolls, Shelter Island pop up and more

Hi folks! It’s been a while since we’ve put pen to paper here. August passed like a blur and the start of the school year snapped us back into daily routines that ensure we are eating and sleeping at regular times (hallelujah!). We skipped straight to Fall here on the North Fork, which is the best time of year in our humble opinions.

We had the best time with a neighbor friend recently where we took advantage of the shorter daylight and went out on his sailboat around dusk to watch the sunset and moon rise. Highly recommend! It was a real treat for us and the kids. It’s been wonderful to have time for breaks like that, and we’ve also been busy in the bakery.

Here are some of our latest updates:

Frozen cinnamon rolls and pizza dough now available!

We’re excited to announce that we launched frozen sourdough cinnamon rolls and frozen sourdough pizza dough at Sang Lee Farms and a new wholesale partner, Eastport General. For both the cinnamon rolls and the pizza dough, simply thaw and bake. To have the cinnamon rolls for breakfast, an easy hack is to thaw them overnight in your refrigerator and bake them in the morning.
